"I had a really great experience with this State Farm office, and with Kylin Nelson in particular. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. These guys truly do a lot of work to find you the best deal and best coverage that fit your needs. A few of their associates would reach out to me every now and then over the years and provide updates quotes, and this last time they had a major decrease in rates and gave me a new quote that really worked out for me, and they got my business. They gave me an absolute killer rate, with better coverage than my existing provider. Hopefully the premium doesn’t go up… but for now I am very happy with my rate."
