Dan Albernas

October is here, and Halloween is right around the corner! 🎃 It's a great reminder to think about the people you love. I’m your local State Farm Agent in Plantation, here to help you explore life insurance options for your needs and budget.

Welcome to the Dan Albernas State Farm Agency—your trusted insurance partner proudly serving Plantation, FL, and the surrounding Broward County communities. Whether you’re driving to work, relaxing at home, welcoming a new family member, or preparing for what’s next, we’re here to help protect what matters most year-round.

Our friendly team offers personalized guidance for Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Condo Insurance, and Renters Insurance. We also help customers prepare for the future with Life Insurance, and we’re proud to offer coverage options like Motorcycle Insurance and Pet Insurance to help you cover more of what you love.

We serve customers throughout Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, and beyond—across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, as well as throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Originally from New York, I’ve made Florida home after graduating from Ohio State University and growing up immersed in the insurance business. With ChFC and CLU designations, my goal is to make insurance easier to understand so you can feel confident and prepared for whatever life brings your way.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me exploring Broward County, playing golf, checking out new local restaurants, or spending time with my dog, Bruce. I’m also a big sports fan and love staying active and cheering on my favorite teams.

At the Dan Albernas State Farm Agency, a customer-first mindset guides everything we do. We’re here to build lasting relationships and provide the service you deserve—whether you’ve lived in Florida for years or are just getting started.

Stop by or give us a call today—we’d love to review your insurance and help ensure you’re properly protected.
